Each User is permitted one account only. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings. ina858 employs fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.
To register an account, you must provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. ina858 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security. 2FA is available via SMS or authenticator app and provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorized account access.
ina858 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed under 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of your financial data.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single transaction limit is Rp 100.000.000, subject to the limits of the payment method selected. ina858 does not charge any deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes during core banking hours (WIB, UTC+7). Deposits made outside banking hours may take up to 24 hours to process, depending on the payment provider's processing schedule.
All deposited funds must originate from a legitimate source and must be in your own name. ina858 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of your funds as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures. Third-party deposits (funds deposited from an account not in your name) are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and potential account suspension.
You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification (see Section 5.2). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to an alternative method if the original method does not support withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes during banking hours once KYC verification is complete.

KYC verification typically takes 24–48 hours from the time all required documents are submitted. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and user status. Standard users can withdraw up to Rp 50.000.000 per transaction. Higher limits may be available for VIP users upon request.
ina858 does not charge any withdrawal fees. However, intermediary banks or payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which will be deducted from the withdrawal amount before it reaches your account.
Bonuses and promotions offered by ina858 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, validity periods, and game contribution rates. Each bonus offer is published with its full terms on the relevant promotional page or in the user's account dashboard.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as "turnover" or "rollover" requirements) before they can be withdrawn as cash. The standard wagering requirement is 30× the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with 30× wagering requires Rp 3.000.000 in total wagers before the bonus and any winnings become withdrawable.
Different game types contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements:
Example: A Rp 100.000 wager on slots counts as Rp 100.000 toward wagering requirements, while a Rp 100.000 wager on live baccarat counts as Rp 10.000.
ina858 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, exploiting software bugs or game malfunctions to meet wagering requirements, or engaging in arbitrage betting or hedging strategies designed to secure risk-free winnings. Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have their accounts closed and all balances forfeited.
While an active bonus is in play, the maximum bet per spin or per wager is Rp 10.000 unless otherwise specified in the bonus terms. Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and any associated winnings.
All wagers placed on ina858 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your wager before confirming it. ina858 is not liable for errors made by the User when placing wagers.
Sports betting markets are settled based on official results as determined by the governing sports body (e.g., FIFA for football, ATP for tennis). If an event is postponed or canceled, wagers will be voided unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time. The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. ina858 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ina858 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform or inability to access the Platform.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. You are solely responsible for all wagers placed and for ensuring that your use of ina858 is in compliance with all applicable laws. ina858 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of your gambling activity.
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting ina858 support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method after KYC verification is complete. ina858 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform. In the event of termination, ina858 will refund any remaining balance that was legitimately deposited and not derived from fraudulent activity.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login or wager activity) for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. ina858 reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 25.000 on dormant accounts with a remaining balance. You will be notified via email before any dormancy fees are applied.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ina858 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from your use of ina858, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal action in accordance with Section 11.1.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
